Ø Assessco General & Marine’s objective is to assist individuals and companies, wherever possible, in insurance claims and if necessary in litigation, to recover losses resulting from material and component failures that are not merely the result of fair wear and tear. To do this, Assessco performs forensic engineering investigations and undertakes testing and analysis of materials and failed components, to identify the causes of mechanical failures in all kinds of machinery and equipment. Assessco’s people are first and foremost truth seekers, with the very highest ethical standards. Assessco’s people are definitely not ‘hired guns’.

Ø Assessco provides additional support and recommendations on repairs and maintenance and on any necessary design modifications.

Ø Assessco provides additional support and assistance with reports and submissions to insurance companies, Courts and Tribunals.

Ø Assessco provides Expert Witness services for litigation matters.

Ø Assessco undertakes incident and road accident analysis investigations and provides very detailed reports with supporting photographic images to assist others with ease of explanation and a better understanding of the issues involved in road accidents and crashes.

Ø Assessco undertakes building condition assessments for Local Bodies LTCCP (Long Term Council Community Plans) in association with Forman & Associates Ltd.

Master engine kits: - Chevrolet, Caterpillar, Continental, Cummins, Detroit, Ford, Mercury, Johnson Cobra, Nissan, Perkins, Volvo, Yamaha, Yanmar, other makes and models pending application identification. Master Engine Kits include: - Complete Master Gasket Kits, Piston Kits, Bearing Kits, Cylinder Head Valve Kits, Camshaft Drivetrain Kits, Gear Kits and Oil Pump Items, etc. Marine gearboxes, pending application. Other new and used items are available, pending application. Complete engine overhaul and repair service on marine and industrial applications. Final engine and drivetrain testing undertaken prior to sign-off and application of warranty. American supplied master engine kits and other equipment available for most older model in-line 6 cylinder, V8 and V6 engines. Correct identification of the specific engine or gearbox is required. Special generic aftermarket manufacture of components for some models, pending application. Hydraulic equipment for most models pending application. Tractor master engine kit applications available on an indent basis.

A to Z diesel fuel equipment available pending application. Injectors, injector nozzles, injector pumps, fuel lift pumps. Generic special manufacture of components for vintage vehicles and older engines etc. Photos required for identification and confirmation. A pre-payment or deposit is required with all orders. In-house testing is performed on all engines and drivetrains prior to delivery.
